In Hospital and at Home Support

Our Family Liaison Officers provide practical support and information to family members and carers of people who have brain injury.

We can help guide you through the challenges of receiving a diagnosis, navigating the hospital and rehabilitation experience and transitioning from hospital to home. Having their own personal experience with brain injury, Family Liaison Officers understand the complexities faced by family members and carers.
